Exchange Policy
Yes, pun intended.
All sales through this site are final.
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement or exchange to fulfill your original order.
No new merchandise can be added to an existing order and must be processed in a separate transaction. However, merchandise purchased in a separate order can be shipped with an existing order in the same package if the addresses and addressees are the same between both orders.
Replacements or exchanges must be requested no sooner than 24 hours after delivery and no later than 48 hours after delivery (based on shipment tracking details provided by carrier).
Replacements and exchanges are not guaranteed and will be processed only on an individual basis if circumstances are deemed sufficient by Heather Ashle/HB Ink, LLC.
To request a replacement or exchange, please contact heather@heatherashle.com with details of your request, including tracking number and reason for replacement or exchange. If merchandise was damaged during delivery, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged merchandise and shipping container to help us better ship your replacement, if granted.
Products purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Locally Signed, or elsewhere are subject to their own retailer policies and procedures; Heather Ashle, HB Ink, LLC, and any affiliates thereof have no control over the policies and procedures governing purchases from external sites or sellers.
No products purchased from external sites or sellers are eligible for replacement or exchange at live events or through this website, Heather Ashle, or HB Ink, LLC.
