Replacement and Exchange Policy

All sales through this site are final.

If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement or exchange to fulfill your original order.
No new merchandise can be added to an existing order and must be processed in a separate transaction.
Replacements or exchanges can be requested within 24 hours of delivery (based on shipment tracking details).
Replacements and exchanges are not guaranteed and will be processed only on an individual basis if circumstances are deemed sufficient by Heather Ashle.
To request a replacement or exchange, please contact heather@heatherashle.com with details of your request, including tracking number and reason for replacement or exchange.
Products purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or elsewhere are subject to their own retailer policies and procedures; Heather Ashle and her affiliates have no control over the policies and procedures governing purchases from external sites or sellers.
